Cooking Classes

Private, Public & Community Cooking Classes, Workshops and Demonstrations

I am passionate about teaching healthy cooking, empowering individuals with the skills and confidence to get into the kitchen and cook up a simple healthy meal from scratch.   I have taught at London’s Blackheath Cooks and Made in Hackney ,  created and led a bespoke ‘ Good Mood Food ‘ workshop for members of Wonder Woman Workshops UK , assisted at Back to the Table Cooking School in Lafayette, California.  I have also given cooking demonstrations at the Love Natural Love Organic Show in London’s Olympia, for Gluten Free Gathering , and run regular nutrition and cookery seminars with nutritionist Nicki Williams - Happy Hormones .

I have been involved with the development and launch of the UK’s first Natural Chef course at College of Naturopathic Medicine and will be lecturing on the course when it commences in Autumn 2015.

In a community setting I am currently a healthy eating sessional leader at the Shoreditch Trust and have also worked on a 6-month community healthy eating programme alongside a dietician at community centre in Camden, London.

I operate as a sole trader, and have public liability insurance up to the level of $5 million to cover my events.  If you are interested in booking me to lead a cooking class or demonstration then please get in touch.  I also take on private clients - drop me a line and I will be delighted to chat further

Hire me for a private lesson!

I also work with clients on a 1:1 or in small groups (2-12 people) to create fun healthy cooking classes with a nutritional or culinary focus.  I am based in London but can travel further afield at cost.

1:1 lessons take place in the clients home, and group sessions in a private hired kitchen/community space or if you’ve a kitchen large enough a private home.

I can create a lesson plan based around your needs – from a nutritional perspective, a skill (such as grain free baking), cooking basics or in the case of group classes a fun evening based with a dinner party structure – starter/main/dessert.   I bring all the food and the equipment, you provide cutlery, crockery and a hungry tum.

Classes are usually 3 hours, and start at £37.50/pp

Please get in touch by emailing me at ceri@naturalkitchenadventures.com to discuss prices and options.
