As a trained natural chef I bring a unique element to my freelance healthy recipe development and food writing; balancing taste and flavour with a nutritional outlook. I place seasonal and local foods at the core of my recipes, and am equipped with the knowledge and experience to create free-from, plant-based, or omnivorous recipes to brief. My portfolio of published work follows;
Natural Kitchen Adventures has a primary ‘blog’ focus of developing recipes. I do not review products on the blog, though am happy to trial products and give personal feedback outside of this forum, either direct or via my social media channels (reach is currently 11,000). I have a Media Pack outlining how I work with brands which can be sent out on request. Please get in touch with me via cerikitchen@socialtalent.co.uk to discuss options.
