A wonderful 2 course brunch created and prepared by natural chef Ceri Jones of Natural Kitchen Adventures.
With a passion for eating seasonally and vibrancy on the plate, Ceri will be cooking up a colourful brunch that celebrates winter produce.
This is an excellent opportunity to taste Ceri’s incredible whole, nutritious food, celebrating seasonal cooking, whilst getting to know other like-minded women.

In this group session, we sit down to explore 2 aspects in which we aim to feel our best; Fitness & Food.
Joined by a guest speaker Dr. Sarah Vohra, a Consultant Psychiatrist, Bestselling Author, and Women’s Health Magazine Columnist.
In a completely judgment-free, safe and comfortable environment, we will delve deeper, discuss taking on the Best Me ethos and answering any questions you have, finding ways to truly become your best self in 2019.
