Replenish You Seasonal Brunch Series : Spring

In 2019, I’m continuing my collaboration with PT Tally Rye and Replenish You’s Megan Lynas to bring you a series of seasonal brunches.
Our Seasonal Series Events are the perfect blend of our core principles; moving the body through a 45 minute workout, meeting like minded women, eating an incredible and delicious brunch, along with taking time out to relax and learn with educational workshops hosted by some of the best in the wellbeing, health and fitness industries.
Hosted by the incredible Tally Rye, Personal Trainer, blogger & creator of the ‘best me’ mantra; Ceri Jones Qualified Natural Chef and Founder of Natural Kitchen Adventures (that’s me!), and Megan Lynas Founder of Replenish You. This event and the ‘Best Me’ mantra is focused on a balanced, healthy and happy lifestyle. It is not about perfection, rather the pursuit of finding the right version of balance and health for completely unique to every individual; through aspects including exercise, nutrition, work and lifestyle, helping them to become a better version of themselves.

10:00 – 45 Minute Signature Sculpt + Sweat Workout

Join Tally Rye for her signature mat workout combining strength and cardio for one full body challenge.

Please Note: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the workout, to ensure a prompt start.

11.15 – Seasonal 2 Course Brunch

A wonderful 2 course brunch created and prepared by natural chef Ceri Jones of Natural Kitchen Adventures.
With a passion for eating seasonally and vibrancy on the plate, Ceri will be cooking up a colourful brunch that celebrates winter produce.

This is an excellent opportunity to taste Ceri’s incredible whole, nutritious food, celebrating seasonal cooking, whilst getting to know other like-minded women.

12:15 – Best Me Workshop

In this group session, we sit down to explore 2 aspects in which we aim to feel our best; Fitness & Food.

Joined by a guest speaker Dr. Sarah Vohra, a Consultant Psychiatrist, Bestselling Author, and Women’s Health Magazine Columnist.

In a completely judgment-free, safe and comfortable environment, we will delve deeper, discuss taking on the Best Me ethos and answering any questions you have, finding ways to truly become your best self in 2019.

Take the opportunity to ask questions, talk and mingle with other guests and reflect on the session.
