Seasonal Best Me Series : Autumn Brunch Event

The ‘Best Me’ mantra is a phrase coined by Tally Rye whilst on her personal journey to create a balanced, healthy and happy lifestyle. It is not about perfection, rather the pursuit of finding the right version of balance and health for completely unique to every individual; through aspects including exercise, nutrition, work and lifestyle, helping them to become a better version of themselves. Everyone’s ‘Best Me’ is different.
I’m delighted to be joining forces with Tally Rye and Replenish You this October for an autumn brunch event combining a workout, 2 course brunch and ‘best me’ workshop. I have worked with Tally on a couple of Replenish You retreats now, and love her energetic and inspiring approach to fitness and life! Tickets are available direct from Replenish You and you can come for the whole morning or just join for the brunch and workshop. The event is being held at the achingly cool Benk and Bo in East London where I held my first Seasonal Supper event earlier this year.
10:00 – 45 Minute Signature Sculpt + Sweat Workout
Join Tally for her signature workout combining strength and cardio for one full body challenge. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the workout, to ensure a prompt start.
11.15 – Seasonal 2 Course Brunch
A wonderful 2 course brunch created and prepared by natural chef Ceri Jones of Natural Kitchen Adventures.
With a passion for eating seasonally and vibrancy on the plate, Ceri will be cooking up a colourful brunch that celebrates early autumn. Enjoy the last tomatoes and sweetcorn of the year, alongside autumn favourites such as butternut squash and beautiful plums.
This is an excellent opportunity to taste Ceri’s incredible whole, nutritious food, celebrating seasonal cooking, whilst getting to know other like-minded women. For the full menu see the Replenish You website.
12:15 – Best Me Workshop
In this group session, we sit down to explore 2 aspects in life in which we aim to feel our best; Fitness & Food. In a completely judgment-free, safe and comfortable environment, we will delve a bit deeper, discuss taking on the Best Me ethos, finding ways to truly become your Best Me.
13:45– Enjoy a herbal tea and take the opportunity to ask questions, talk and mingle with other guests and reflect on the session.
14:15 – Home Time.
