Natural Chef Ceri Jones combines her passion for healthful food and nutrition with a love of cooking, exploring new recipes with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and teaching.
In 2014, Ceri completed her professional training as Natural Chef at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts near San Francisco, and returned to London. She now works as a freelance instructor, specialising in conscientious sourcing, careful preparation and mindful consumption of healthful foods. She also works as a food and recipe writer, yoga retreat chef and in November 2016 released the Natural Kitchen Adventures Iphone app.
Since establishing her flourishing career, Ceri has worked in various freelance capacities as a natural chef focusing her work on teaching, small scale catering, recipe development and food writing. Ceri currently combines working on the Natural Kitchen Adventures blog with cheffing on yoga retreats and teaching cookery at Made in Hackney and on the Natural Chef diploma course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, which she helped develop. Ceri also works part time as the Food Learning Officer at the Garden Museum in London, where she is responsible for facilitating cooking and food inspired workshops.
She was thrilled that Natural Kitchen Adventures, was named best free from blog at the Health Blog Awards in July 2016.
